There are two options. (Keep in mind, payments are drafted on the first of each month, and we do not offer refunds for subscription payments.) First, you can log into your account and add a drop date; your child will be automatically removed from the subscription on that date, and no further charges will be made. Second, if you reach out to us at least one week before the next payment is processed, we can cancel your subscription and all future charges.

No — jerseys are mailed once per year when the annual enrollment fee is paid. For example, if you paid the enrollment fee for spring, you received a jersey then and won't pay that fee again (or get another jersey) until the following spring. Jerseys are handled by a distribution center; all jersey questions go to merchandisecustomerservice@soccershots.com.

Unfortunately, no. Missed sessions due to vacations, illness, or scheduling conflicts cannot be made up on another day and/or time.

DO NOT SHOW UP TO A SESSION IF YOU ARE ON A WAITLIST. If we are able to open up a waitlist, or if someone in the current class drops out, the first person on the waitlist will receive an email with a link to enroll in the class. This link is good for SIX HOURS and then it moves on to the next person on the waitlist. This process continues until the class is full.

As we all know, Charlotte weather can be tricky with storms popping up last second. If a session is canceled, we'll do our best to update you as soon as we can via an email and a text message. Cancelled sessions will be made up either by adding 15 minutes to the following two sessions, or adding on a makeup day if the location allows it. We will make up a maximum of two weather cancellations per season.

Your child doesn’t need any special equipment – comfy clothes and sneakers are fine. Cleats and shin guards are not necessary, but you are more than welcome to wear them. Our coaches will provide all the equipment needed at each session – soccer balls, goals, etc., and all you need to bring is a water bottle.

We understand consistency is very important at this age, and we do all we can to ensure the same coach remains for the duration of the season. However, there are sometimes situations out of our control where we will need to send a substitute coach in order to keep the season on track. If this does happen, we will notify you all ahead of time.
